Shipping Policy: 

  • We ensure quick dispatch. All orders are shipped within 48–72 hours on working days, subject to product availability.

  • Delivery in 4-5 business days across India. Remote pin codes may take a day or two longer - we'll always keep you posted via SMS / whatsapp and email.

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹349. Pay prepaid and enjoy up to 20% off on UPI, cards and wallets - plus faster processing and dispatch.

  • ₹80 charge on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. COD available across most pin codes.
    Note: COD orders are fulfilled after brief verification and may take slightly longer to dispatch.

  • Please inform our team of any address changes before your order is dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, we won’t be able to modify the delivery address.

  • If the parcel is found to be tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it and notify us immediately at care@sanfe.in

Cancellation:

If the order of the item(s) that you want to cancel has not been shipped yet, you can raise your cancellation request via the following routes :

  • Via the Help Center
    Click on 'Contact Us' on the home page > 'Fill in the details' > 'Submit a Request'
    Provide us with your order ID details and your request to cancel your order.  Our service representative will review your query and revert in 24 hours.

  • Via Email
    1. Email us at care@sanfe.in with subject line: "Return/Replace – [Your Order ID]"
    2. Attach proof - a clear photo/video of the issue, and unboxing video if items are missing
    3. Our Customer Delight Team will get back to you within 24 hours. 

Pls Note : 

  1. For prepaid orders, the cancelled amount will be added as Sanfe Store Credit, which you can use entirely on your next purchase.

  2. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. But if there's an issue with it on arrival, our return process has you covered.

Return & Replacement Eligibility:

A return or replacement request may be initiated under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect Product Delivered : The product delivered does not match the item(s) ordered.

  • Expired Product Delivered : The product received has crossed its stated expiry date at the time of delivery.

  • Damaged or Tampered Product : The product is received in a damaged condition, including leakage, breakage, or with tampered packaging.

  • Incomplete Order : One or more items from the confirmed order are missing at the time of delivery. In such cases, we will arrange to send the remaining items at the earliest, subject to verification and confirmation of the issue from our end.

Additional Conditions:

  • For damaged or expired products, requests must be raised within 2 days from the date of delivery.

  • For incorrect or missing products, requests must be raised via email within 24 hours of delivery.

  • For missing or incomplete orders, an unboxing video is required - ensure it clearly shows the sealed package being opened, the shipping label, the Sanfe invoice, and all received items.

  • For damaged or expired products, clear images/videos showing the issue must be provided.

  • Sanfe reserves the right to approve or reject requests after verification.

When returns or replacements won’t be accepted

We won’t be able to process a request if:

  • The product has been opened, used, or altered

  • The original packaging (box, labels, etc.) is missing

  • The request is raised after 2 days of delivery

  • Damaged or missing items are reported after 2 days of delivery

A note on hygiene-sensitive products

We understand that personal care is deeply personal. As a brand built around intimate wellness, grooming, and cosmetics, we uphold the highest hygiene standards - not just for our customers, but for everyone we serve.

For safety reasons, products that have been opened cannot be restocked or accepted for return. This policy ensures the well-being of all our customers.

Trust & fraud prevention

Beware of scams via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email. Fraudsters sometimes impersonate Sanfe to steal money or personal information. Here's what you need to know.
Sanfe will never

  • Ask for payments outside our official website - sanfe.in is the only place to shop safely

  • Request payment to join contests, lucky draws, or receive free gifts

  • Ask for your OTP, bank details, card numbers, or passwords over any channel

Sanfe Store Credits - Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the issuance, use, and management of Sanfe Credits on the Sanfe Website. By accepting Sanfe Credits, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • General
    1.1.  Sanfe Credits is a non-monetary credit issued by Redroom to a customer's account.
    1.2. No Cash Value: Sanfe Store Credit is not legal tender, has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or withdrawn to a bank account.
    1.3. Non - Transferable: Sanfe Credit  is linked to the individual customer account to which it was issued and cannot be transferred, gifted, or sold.

  • Issuance of Sanfe Store Credit
    Sanfe Credit  will be issued at the sole discretion of Redroom in the following situations:
    2.1. Returns:
    A. For eligible returns within 7 days, credits equal to the value of the returned item will be issued.
    B. If the item is defective/damaged, full credit will be issued after successful processing.

  • Expiration of Sanfe Credit : 
    Sanfe Credit does not have an expiration date and is valid indefinitely.
