  1. Cleanse and moisturize your skin.
  2. Apply a generous amount of sunscreen evenly over your face, neck, and other exposed areas.
  3. Gently blend until fully absorbed.
  4. Apply 15–20 minutes before sun exposure.
  5. Reapply every 2 hours, or after sweating, swimming, or towel drying for continuous protection.
