In Case Wrong/Damaged Item Is Delivered
- In case a wrong item is delivered, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the unboxing video & images of the package within 2 days of delivery and we will deliver the right item at no cost.
In Case You Are Dissatisfied With The Product

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase only if the order has not already been shipped. To cancel your order please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call at 9310054380.
For Prepaid orders, If your order is shipped and you wish to cancel, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We have Shipping Charges on all orders, which is notified from time to time. We also levy charges on Cash-On-Delivery. Please check and consider the final shipping rate shown on your cart at the time of check-out.
Please note the mentioned below terms and conditions for our return:
- Item was defective.
- Item was damaged in transit.
- Product(s) was/were missing. (Customer must share the unpacking video with our support team)
- Wrong item was received.
Customers can only get a refund of money in the following cases
- When product is out of stock or unavailable
- The brand has discontinued the product
We encourage the customer to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case the customer orders a wrong item, Sanfe shall not be entitled to any return/refund.
