SHIPPING, RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to love the product that you buy from us. In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, drop us an email within 7 days of delivery with the details at email@example.com. We request you to mark the subject line of the mail as "Returns and Replacement" and we will get back to you.
Our query resolution is 48 hours at maximum.
In Case Wrong/Damaged Item Is Delivered
- The request for refund/return should be initiated on the same day of delivery along with the invoice and pictures.
- In case a wrong item is delivered, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will deliver the right item at no cost or initiate a refund within 7 days of delivery (only applicable on prepaid orders).
- In case of COD orders, we will replace the item within 7 days or provide a refund in a situation where we are not able to make a replacement.
- We initiate refunds every Tuesday and Friday.
In Case You Are Dissatisfied With The Product
Drop us an email at email@example.com or call at 9310054380. Our customer delight team will help you with your queries and resolve it within 24-48 hours. Please note that the return will be taken only if the seal is unbroken.
Please note that there will be no return taken in the period care category & personal hygiene category due to hygiene and safety reasons.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase only if the order has not already been shipped. To cancel your order please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call at 9310054380.
We have Shipping Charges on all orders, which is notified from time to time. We also levy charges on Cash-On-Delivery. Please check and consider the final shipping rate shown on your cart at the time of check-out.
In case the order is cancelled we shall process the refund within 7 business days after the cancellation request has been acknowledged.
We value our customers more than anything and therefore your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us.
While some of our products such as Intimate Wash, Intimate Wipes, Intimate Spray, Rejuvenating Gel, Lightening Serum, Anti-Chafing Cream, Feminine Cramp Relief Roll-on take around 2-3 weeks to show results, other products such as Organic Sanitary Pads, Reusable Sanitary Pads, Organic Tampons, Menstrual Cups, Menstrual Cup Wash, Bikini Line Hair Removal Cream, Pantyliners, Oxo-Biodegradable Disposal Bags, Stand and Pee, Toilet Seat Covers and Face Razors may show immediate results.
Please note the mentioned below terms and conditions for our return:
- Replacements will only be accepted for products that have been damaged in transit or products that have physical defects and in case an incorrect product has been delivered.
We request you to email us on the same day of delivery with photos of the damaged/incorrect product for us to accept the request.
- Period Care & Personal Hygiene products are not eligible for returns.
- Should you wish to return all or part of your order along with free items, please inform us within 24 hours of receipt of the products by writing to us at email@example.com
- Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used and/or the seal has been broken for the product and/or the serial number has been tampered with.
- Please note that the replacement will be initiated, only after the refund parcel is handed over.
- Upon receipt of the returned product, Sanfe will inspect the same and validate the claim.
- Upon approval of return eligibility, a replacement will be issued. If the product is found to be ineligible for return, the product will be couriered back to you.
If the customer requests a refund due to wrong order, partial order delivery or damaged order and do not wish their order to be replaced, then cash back will go into your account wallet (smile.io) only.
