Return Policy

Sanfe offers complete trust and transparency on all your purchases with us to all our customers. Any purchased item can be returned within 15 days from the receipt of orders. You can return the purchased item if you have received the product in these conditions –

  1. Wrong colour or size of the Product.
  2. Defective
  3. Expired
  4. Damaged
  5. Delayed beyond 15 days for delivery.

Before returning product, please make sure products are in good condition and not used.


We in normal case ship new products to our customer once we get an older one. If any user does not want products then, once we have received the products and quality check is successful, then the product amount will be credited back to your account.

Cancellation Policy :

After placing order user have access to cancel the order. If they want to cancel please write to us @ or call us/WhatsApp at 9899288631.

Shipping & Returns


All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Saturday 10 am – 6 pm.


We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to cancel your order at that time.

Back Orders

If an item is back ordered we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Return Exceptions

Returns will be accepted if they are unused and unworn with tags still attached and there are no damages or stains.
